Policies at Morrigan Workshop Art

Important things to know.

Morrigan Workshop Art is a small art business. If you have any doubts or questions about an original piece or a print, an order you want to do or an order you have already done, please don't hesitate to contact me and I'll try to answer and help you as soon as possible. 

All the art for sale or exhibited in this website or my social media is original by Sandra Juanes, creator and owner of Morrigan Workshop Art, and it's copyrighted. Under no circumstances a bad use or illegitimate copy of it will not be accepted. 

As a small business, sometimes the delivery times, preparation and/or creation of your artwork can suffer a small delay. If this occurs, I will contact you and we'll find the best solution. 

In the case of a commission, a 50% deposit of the total has to be paid upfront to cover the cost of materials and time inverted in creating an original piece of art. I will keep you updated during all the process providing pictures and videos to follow the progress. We can work together if some change needs to be made. If you don't like the final result you don't have to pay the other 50% but you won't keep the artwork and it won't be sent or deliver to you. Once the art piece has been fully paid, it will begin its journey to you and it will be non-refundable.
