Can I have free delivery?
Free delivery is only for "local delivery" options. If you live in Doolin, Co. Clare, or you are going to be in the area contact me and we will make the arrangements for the free delivery.
Do you deliver everywhere?
I will send your purchase wherever you are but depending on your location the delivery and handling price can be different to the one specified in a product page. If you aren't sure about delivery cost, please don't hesitate to contact me,
What is your return policy?
I only accept returns in the case where the art piece or product you bought arrived damaged. If you are unsure about purchasing original artwork, a printed product or order a commissioned original piece, contact me and I'll try to clear all your doubts.
Do you take commissions?
Yes, I do. If you want to order an original painting you can send a message in the 'Contact' section and I'll contact you as soon as possible to see the different options. The 50% of the total will be paid upfront and it won't refundable.
What are the payment options?
You can pay by card, PayPal and if you have a hand-to-hand delivery you can pay by cash.
Can I make a bulk order of printed products for my business?
If you are a business and you want to buy cards, mugs or other printed products in bulk to sell in your business, please fill the 'Contact' form and we can talk about the special conditions.
Would you personalize an existing product?
If you are a business and you want me to create a new product for you or you want to include your logo in a printed product like for example cards send me a message and we can talk about the different options.
Can I use your pictures somewhere else?
Although I will appreciate if you share my shop and my artwork with your friends and family all my artwork and pictures in this website are copyrighted and protected and an illegitimate use of them will be prosecuted.
Is it possible to receive extra pictures of an item?
Of course! If you are in doubt about one of the pieces and you need extra pictures, more info about sizing, materials or extra options, contact me and I will help you.
